) where would be a good place to move to ? I have loads of domains
with them and only use them for pointers and redirects, any ideas on

Sorry to post 3 questions on the trot, it's getting busy.
I have somebody who wants a daily updateable homepage, with recoverable
history. That adds up to a regular PHP based blog and my script whiz says
'Just get a package'.

Oddly, I haven't worked on a site that depended on advertising for
years, that is until right now. This client wants to sell their own
targeted ads and I'll need to write an ad rotator.
  How is this being done? What are the standard widths for inline type ads?
