If an established domain moves to a new web host after say seven to eight
years with the same host/ip, will it have any impact on the Google rankings
for said site?

I'm looking for a free backup DNS for some of my customer's domains.
I've been using zoneedit.com, with no problem.  I've also been using

I'm developing a site for a Taiwanese business, and I Googled for
