Here's a nifty gimmick, some of you may like.

Some secure web sites I use (e.g. banks) have the right mouse button

I've got a copy of adobe flex builder2 and I've a few questions.
1) are there any special hosting requirements for sites built with flex
technology?

Does it still take 30 days for spiders to refresh the information they
collect from updated Web pages for the search engines?
The code on my site says "refesh after 30 days". I wonder if it would
help to change that code on my site to "refresh after five days" or
