I'm getting all these hits from things with blank user agents.  The IPs all
come from proxies, too.  Are they people on proxies, spam robots, or
something else?

I am experiencing problems with bogus guest book entries.
The problem first surfaced earlier this year on a site I run on behalf of a
society and entry is filled out - has a false email address though country
