This isn't altogether a technical question as such, but I reckon that folk here will have some good hunches as to what to do.. I'm thinking of creating a community website for my street, as a sort of precursor to perhaps setting up a more formal residents' association

I was given a creative brief for a website. Amongst the many items are "TVC". Can someone tell me what this is?? Other items on the brief include flash-based animations, forum, blogs, games, and promotion. TVC is listed just before games.
