what is best (most popular) LiveChat software? any advices here?

Just to get some thoughts - mainly for my own interest - to see what your
thoughts are...
I have been building web sites for quite some time now, and have a
portfolio with a very broad range clientele.

When there's a new page on our site that visitors may find interesting, I  
send an e-mail to our mailing list. In this message, I give the link of  
the new page. Since the URL is just part of a sentence, it may happen that  
it is followed immediately by a period:

at the bottom of my page, I have two different sentances in the same <div>.

I have done a web site for a client who has clients worldwide, but
apparently his colleagues in China are unable to look at the site because it
