1. What proportion of users are likely to give up filling a form if they

I've got a site on the way, where I need to add products to a sort of

I've been out of the web design business for about 2 years.  This month I
signed up several clients...however, one client already had a two year
contract with a hosting service, the full cpanel set of options including
ssh access.

Tonight I received four email copies of registrations to one of my sites.
They weren't normal...here's a sample. Note the guy's From address is
bogus, as is the address he's asking to add to our mail list. Huh?
