I know the answer depends on the host, but my host (pair.com) says they
are not responsible for data (website) backups. Is such a policy the
norm? I have a site that uses frontpage extensions and I would like to
know the best way to back it up if I do not have the original files

I've done a bit of CSS work on <http://www.livecardiff.com/>.
Unfortunately, it look disastrous in IE 5 (Macintosh) and (I'm told) in
IE 6 (Win).

I have been customizing a website template I downloaded recently. The
homepage looks fine in IE but in Firefox, two of the thumbnail images
at the bottom of the screen have been cut in half. I've looked at the
HTML but am struggling to isolate the code which causes this, and how

be concerned with if we set up a client with PayPal? Does it only apply to
those who take credit card info? I have clients that give me their credit
