i've seen this on many pcs over the last year where some text input fields have a light yellow colour, even where css properties are set to alter the colour of the field. anybody know why this happens or how to fix? tks

I'm using a PHP script to re-write headers and deliver XHTML content as such, and it's working fine. I have also tried to use the following code instead in the HTML head section but the content is delivered as HTML instead:
