According to my website stats, 40% of my usage comes from the "US
Commercial".  Does that mean; from the USA or does it mean; from .com ISPs
( like NTLworld.com etc)?

I'm testing the speed of some pages using the usual php microtime method and
the results in firebird 0.7 seem to be roughly twice what they are in IE 5
for the same page. Anyone have any ideas as to why this is?

I used to use dreamweaver a few years ago but I stopped using it.  Anyone

On digital products how do you/would you handle

I mean they pay for it, download it, could easily keep

When I developed my 5th web site it made financial sense to become a

Thoughts?

    I have a form that I was using with a script.  It had two drop
down boxes and a submit button in it.  The form worked fine.  
    I recoded the form to change the drop down boxes to spin
buttons.  When I press the submit button, it uses the selected value

What happened to :
