Do you think Google's ranking of sites goes by their cache of the page
in google or the current version of the page itself? I've never been
able to figure that one out? Also has anyone noticed how long it takes
lately for google to update a site's cache?

My webhost allows the creation of subdomains but I'm having a problem
with it and could use some help.
For example let's say the subdomain I want to do is:
http://poodles.dogs.com and I create a folder at my dogs.com site that
