I run a modest linking scheme on my website and have always had a policy
that we would only like to sites that are cached on Google.  I'm not so
fussy about page ranking at the moment as our pages link are not all ranked.

I was asked why www.whathouse.co.uk website traffic fell so
drastically. I opened the site and noticed that instead of PR5 it is
