IE or by Firefox.

Major search engines don't index HTML tags. Is there any way to search
for them?
e.g. how would you find web pages that contain this tag:

I couldn't help but notice that about 98% of your pages are no longer part of
the Google index. They say that the 'site:' operator is broken, but it seems
