I have updated a site that is already listed in the search engines .
and gets high ranking but this is based on .htm pages
The problem is the prevoius site, had page file names like this index.htm
and

This is a BETA site of my major redesign of cooldictionary.com. Now it
pulls data from 1913 webster, wiktionary, and wikipedia, and classical
books, and puts it together nicely.
I would like to know if, in your learned opinion, it is SE friendly.

I have two sites, a PR6 and a PR7. They reciprocally link to one

I read, somewhere, that google does not count reciprocal links the way
it counts one way links. Is that true?

I often wonder if it matters in which order the words in the title tag
appear. For instance if the word "blue" was important to me. Is there
any difference in the following titletags: "Blue widgets", "Widgets
Blue", "Widgets bla bla bla blue" or are they all okay?
