OK, this can't be *that* hard to do. How do I erase my browsing history in the address bar? I have checked every option in the tools > options > security and tools > options > privacy boxes that refer to clearing histories and erasing histories, etc.

Using Thunderbird for mail and IE for my browser.(formerly Firefox) When a web link is sent as a part of the email, I can't just click it and have it open. It is looking for Firefox, which I disabled. How can I change this so the link will open in IE ? ?

I noticed my bookmarks.html file hasn't been modified lately, so I changed my bookmarks, exited Firefox, and then did a search for files I changed today. No bookmarks file. But I did see a 20,000 line foxmarks.log file.

Firefox 3.0.1 Trying to download Flash Player from Adobe's website. After choosing Save File, the Downloads dialogue comes up but remains empty. There is a small letter "l" after some menu choices.
