We are building a music activity in flash that has lots and lots and lots of
little mp3 music files (8 to 40k) each, and when lots are being used, the
system starts to stutter and seems like the CPU on the local PCs are choking.

Hello. Im having a real bad problem with my Vista home computer. What happens
is I get a message when I try to play content "Hello, you either have
JavaScript turned off or an old version of Adobe's Flash Player. Get the latest

I ran Secunia PSI. It said I needed to update my Adobe Flash Player. I
downloaded the uninstaller from Adobe first and ran it, and then installed the
most recent player. When I go to the test page it says I have the most recent
version.

is suddenly appearing in my code...and I'm unable to delete all of them.  Also,
whenever I hit the "enter" key, this backward P icon shows up instead. It is
suddenly  affecting every frame I work on in all projects I open...any idea
what this is and how I make it go away?  ...

Hi. I'm using Flash 8 and I have a password input text field. Is there a way I
can get it to echo asterisks rather than the characters input? I know there's a
password component I could use but can I do it with a regular input text field?

Im loading 2 swfs into my main swf.  So I have a top swf and a bottom swf being
loaded in externally into my main swf that makes 3 swfs, 1MAIN swf loading TOP
swf & BOTTOM swf.
Is there a way to have the bottom swf control or command the top swf?  I need

so i'm trying to make a movie with sprites i made in PAINT, then i drag and
drop them into Flash and when i put the gun over the body, it does a white box
around it, like in paint how you can turn that off, i can't in turn off that
white box around the sprite part with the flick ...

Hello, every time i make a motion tween and end it it keeps using the same
graphic used for the motion tween
example: i copy a graphic and paste onto the frame, then i right click on the
frame up top and click create motion tween, i click on another frame slot and
