I have a movie where frames 1 & 2 have no graphics, just a simple preload

I've posted this a number of times under different thread headings so I
apologise for doing it again as I really need you to explain what's
happening.

Attempting to solve the problem I reinstalled the flash plug in , and as I test
it @ http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/welcome/ the Adobe Shockwave Player
animation is not visualized.
what I have to do to fix this problem ?

Ive installed the latest flash player. Im using XP SP2, fully updated.
However, when I now use a website ie. news.bbc.co.uk or disney.go.com, I get

    I am creating a quiz in flash 8, mainly using the templates (template 3).
