video encoder only uses one cpu of my dual cores. Even if I got more than one video file in queue. That is really bad. Two instaces of the encoder can't be started either. Any workarounds fices, future promises?

When i'm trying to play a 700XXX-sized video in a 540XXX video box, the file get's oddly scaled, and not the same, smooth result i would get with a local video file. Anything i can do with this?

Im desperated. I've been testing my application in diferent platforms and Im experiencing a critial crash of Flash Player 8 or 9 in IE, FireFox and even when previewing the movie in the Flash 8 IDE running under Wiindows Media Center 2005.
