I know there are many decompiler programs available for retrieving code from
.swf files. Can these applications decompile ANY .swf file ? Or is there a way
I can protect my code when publishing my .fla file as an .swf ?

I'm progressively downloading an .flv file into a intro/banner.

What do you do when you put a simple one pixel border around a button, but only
the right and bottom shows up on screen, no matter how you jostle the button
around on the stage, and if you put a 2 pixel border, then the right and bottom
is too fat.
