When I play my flash on out test site, on the first loop it is stopping for a
short period of time on my first image tranformation. When I let it loop more
times it is fine? How do I get it to smooth out?

compressed images (like I normally would for Dreamweaver, I'd make a jpg or gif
in Fireworks or Photoshop and bring it in at 72 dpi) or do I bring in an
uncompressed image (like say a tiff or a jpg ...

In my page i have a flash animation and an alternate picture ( for people
without flash plugin .. the're still |-( )
So i use a computer without flash to test my solution : the alternate picture
appears, but in place of the animation i have an empty square ( just like this

I have a weird problem with the Flash Player 8. I hand a parameter to my movie
in the HTML call (...swf?PHP=download.php) and then change this parameter in
the first frame of the movie (PHP = PHP+"?"). Lateron I use this parameter
(download.php?)for calls to the server.

I'm creating a simple ad with Flash 8, and I'm having problems with creating a
hyperlink to a webpage from the ad.
I have tried doing it by creating a hyperlink directly on the text and
creating a button and using the getURL actionscript (attached).
