Does anyone know where I can get a flash mx 2004 instuctional video or dvd?

I have a simple question so i will just get to the point.
If i had a button for example, and I put this code on it

I have created a flash movie, but it needs a special font in order to display
right.
Is it any way of making the text display right without the font?

So, I'm just getting into flash, and am using MX 2004 Pro trial.  I've seen
lots of flash cartoons, and the one i'll refer to here is Homestar Runner.  
I've fiddled around with flash, done a few tutorials, but I havn't really seen

I've made a preloader that goes to frame 3 when loaded.  I used:
loaded = Math.round(getBytesLoaded());
    total = Math.round(getBytesTotal());
    percent = LOADED/TOTAL;

I really need an emergency help? I have a .swf file that loads variables from
an external .txt file and show them. My data in external file is PERSIAN (Farsi
or arabic) and I only can show them by using ARIAL FONT and with every other

I the file below the preloader doesn't show up until over 50% has been loaded.
In the bandwidth profiler it shows that frame one is approx 64KB, yet I can't
find anything in it that would be making it that large.

I've spent the past day learning how to get the position of a sound so that I
can coordinate my animation with it.  Now I've discovered a new problem.  I've
got it so that the whole movie stops, other than the sound, once a particular
bit of animation has played, and then it ...

is there a way to test particular frames in a movie? the file is getting large now that i'm near completion and it takes a while to export when i test it.
