Hi all http://www.take40.com/index.php click ont he singles chart, one click on
the scroll bar gets you one row per time down or up. Is this a scrollable
datagrid, I want to learn how to do one like this.  Any advice, tips,
components would be great.

I am having an issue with the UI components and wondered if anyone know what
could be wrong.   The following components show up as white boxes:

I'm using a mask within a mc on the rollover of a button which works fine, but
the mask is being picked up as part of the hit area - even though the mc
containing the mask isn't in the hit area. Any ideas?

I am not exctly sure what the registration mark does. I know that it sets that 0,0 point for the object but what does it really do?

Wondering about the best way to get a pre loader to work. I have a
flash menu (gfx intensive) that comes up (that needs a pre loader) and
each item on the menu has a long MC that will individually need pre
loading bar (unless already loaded).

I am trying to import some Illustrator artwork into Flash.  I need to maintain
the transparency and also keep them as vector objects.
It was suggested on this forum  that I save my artwork as .eps and then open
in Freehand.   I have tried this but the artwork looks incredibly bad ...

Any of you had the same problem ? All the prelaoders I use in a 2MB movie start
from 350KB then they work fine up to 2000 KB.
It waits like nothing happents untill it loads 350KB then the line starts
moving up to the 2000 kb (total file size).
