Pressing ctrl+n gives a new normal window with adress and toolbars.
I want IE to ignore
"toolbar=no,location=no,status=no,menubar=no,scrollbars=no,resizable=no"
as in the javascript below.

When using IE for searching the web my PCU usage goes up to 100%. and slows
everything down.
This is quite recent as never had the problem before.
When I end the process it comes back down again to around 5%

IE begins to open, sometimes with the homepage address filled in but
blank body, then crashes.  Have reinstalled several times but no luck.
XP Home SP2

IE7 opens with a blank screen ALT +F4 gets rid BUT what is causing it?
