Restart required every hour for IE7 in order to keep it working? Why?

I accidentally deleted Internet Explorer from my laptop.
Am I able to restore it from my System restoration disk that came with the
computer and if so, how?

Any time a second tab is created either via link, script or New Tab button,
Internet Explorer 7 and all its process just disappear. There is no crash
message and nothing is logged in the Event Viewer in any of its categories.
Additionally, it does not, upon launch, go to its set ...

On two occasions now (Yahoo and mytable.com) I have ended up with an
IE7 screen where my input typing shows up as a mirror immage of what I

I've just refomatted, and I'm using IE 7.
Everything is up to date.
Every so often, when I close IE 7, this error appears

Is there a way to delete individual history items?  I can delete all of them
but not just one.
