Macromedia Flash Player20 Jan 2007 19:55 GMT2
I made the mistake of installing IE7 and my computer crashed.  After
spending quite a long time on the phone with IE Support, I decided to roll
back to IE6.  Successful, or so I thought.  Now, whenever I access a website
that requires Macromedia Flash Player, I get a message that ...

IE7 Search Pane18 Jan 2007 04:22 GMT3
I just installed IE7 and I can't find how to turn on a search pane.  Is this
feature gone?
I've always thought that having your search results on a separate pane
instead of the main window was brilliant, allowing you to call up pages
IE7 and HTTPS -- pages are being cached when they shouldn't16 Jan 2007 22:13 GMT1
I have an application that has been in production on ie6 for a while.
It seems to run fine on ie7 except when it is used with https.

My Internet Explorer 7 (Windows XP Home Edition SP2) thinks "Trusted

The irony, isn't it?

hotmail Inbox.  Now with 7 I'm not able to get beyond an MS page telling me
there's a problem.  The page says:
IE7: Forms Not Working14 Jan 2007 09:30 GMT2
HTML forms are not working with Internet Explorer 7 (Windows XP Home
Edition SP2). For example on page
http://www.google.com/preferences?hl=en only one language is shown
("English") so I can't change to Finnish.

I was having this problem with IE6, then installed IE7 & still same problem.
The program hangs on startup.  (Hourglass for long time - "not responding"

hang when started without add-ons, but of course in ...

This has only recently started happening, perhaps after I downloaded IE7,
security lock icon11 Jan 2007 05:30 GMT2
I just began using IE7.  I noticed that the "lock" symbol on the lower

numbers and the like) is not there.
Should I be concerned?

Hello - I am unable to change the homepage on IE6.

IE7 popups & scripted windows die trying when allowed10 Jan 2007 01:44 GMT1
IE7 (& IE6 on popups) both do this:
when a scripted window or popup occurs and the yellow warning bar
appears, and you allow it, the popup or scripted window never appears.
sites aren't working correctly because of this!
