I have the following simple code to show a square bullet

I tried out the free trial of Gozilla the download programme, didnt like it
cus it didnt seem to work very well so i uninstalled it. But when u right
click a link or file in IE its still has on the menu <Download with Gozilla>
How do i remove this from the Internet Explorer Menu ...

I have one email in my Inbox which cannot be touched.
Any attempt to Highlight and Delete causes the PC to freeze.
I do not have neigbouring ones left to bulk Highlight and Shift - Delete.

Browse by name function is disabled between browsing sessions. Does anyone
