I always enable SSL 2.0. Is enabling SSL 3.0 and TLS 1.0 going to

I keep getting the "The page cannot be displayed" message when I select a
link from a web page.

I get a yellow background in only some fields of the same program.  My cursor is flashing there but typing is not visible, like I might be typing yellow on yellow.  The fields should be white and the font black.
Really would appreciate some help.

I am using IE6 & Windows XP Professional 5.1 SP2. IE will open some web
pages but not others.
For example it will open Barclays Bank but not Lloyds Bank or Nat West Bank.
It will open www.bbc.co.uk but not www.bbc.co.uk/news

I'm running XP Pro SP 2 with IE 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519.  In
Trusted Sites I have two very strange sites listed: http://*.0.0.0.0 and
http://*.6.132.222.51  I can remove these from the Web sites listing and
then click the OK button but when I go back in to trusted ...

I belive any that are required will be auto recreated next time around,
so it should be safe to delete them.  Anyone know where I can get a
definative answer to this?
