please help me or suggest me where i can get some help

I upgraded to a dsl service.  Now when I open certain pages (hotmail and
zdnet), I get areas red x and message saying cannot display.  It did not do
this as a dial-up.

I tried to clean my registry using "Easy Cleaner 2.0", I tried removing
spyware with "Ad-Aware SE 1.05" (latest definitions).

Does anyone know how I can create a sort of "Table Designer Dialog" and then
"Draw the Table" as in similar to the sort of thing you might find in Word. I
am trying to modify Microsoft's HTML Editor to include an Insert Table Dialog
and perhaps change the colour of a cell etc etc ...
