I am using XP pro  with explorer 6
On start up my default page opens full size but any further pages open
minimized, and have to be maximized,, this has only recently started
don't think I caused it, checked  but can't find solution..

I uninstalled CD-Clone and no matter what I try to do I can't get XP to
recognize my CD and DVD drives now. Any ideas?

Look behind you and you might find that it's you who are doing the following

I restored from an Image and IE won't work. Neither will some other
programs. I can get to the internet using the command prompt, but not on the
OS XP. Where can I get  complete IE file that I can simply install?

I've searched quite a bit for the answer to this question, and now I
turn to the experts.
Is there some way to see IE6's list of Favorites, which Netscape calls
bookmarks?  I want to get at the list of names or titles IE uses along

some times as I browse I get redirected to this site

My other machine does not do this.
What is it and how do I top it ???

With no particular pattern of 'kind of web page', when I select some
web pages they shut down Internet Explorer. Any suggestion about
why this is happening and how I can correct it.

I am running Internet Explorer 6 with Windows 2000 professional.
Internet Explorer has stopped working.  When I try and connect I get "The
page cannot be displayed" message.
Liveupdate has also stopped working.

For some reason, IE 6 recently start making fonts too big. It seems to
be related to fonts that don't have a size attribute. My system fonts
are set to 'normal' I can't find any other way to adjust font size in
IE. Netscape 7 displays these fonts at their correct size. Can ...

I wonder if someone can help.
  I am using IE 6.0 and recently, without doing anything different to
my settings,I get the following message box when I close IE and wait for
just a minute or two then try open IE again to go to a web site):

If I go to let's say a golf webpage and I may want to have 5-6 windows open
with the same page so I can always have a reference to go back to. If I try
and open a new window I get this Page Expired garbage. How can I fix it.

My Internet Explorer Icon is missing from it's file.  I have shortcuts
still, and they work.  If I right click on one, go to properties, and
click "Find Target" it brings me to the folder, C:/Program
Files/Internet Explorer, however, it isn't there.

Cannot access tools menu in IE6 as "This operation has been cancelled due to
restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact system
administrator."  Can access tools menu through Control Panel but Home Page
panels are locked out.

I have a friend who had quite a few viruses on her computer. One of the
viruses blocked TaskManager from running as well as AV software from running
or installing.  600 infected files later computer is virus free.
However Internet explorer is not working properly.
