When I go to Internet Explorer Tools/Internet Options I am getting a screen that says this is restricted, contact the administrator. I am the administrator. Win XP Pro. I suspect that some program, probably a spy checker that I ran a couple of days ago, caused it.

ok, when i try to load any webpage in ie6, i get a "page not found" error. but when i try to load a webpage in windows explorer, it works. when i go to internet explorer and type in www.yahoo.com, i get "page not found" and the address bar comes back as http:///%20www.yahoo.com. ...

I start IE my homepage loads and i can scroll for like 4 seconds. Then it lags out and wont let me move the page or click on anything for another 2 minutes. Any suggestions, help would be greatly appreciated.
