When I go to Internet Explorer Tools/Internet Options I am getting a screen
that says this is restricted, contact the administrator.  I am the
administrator.  Win XP Pro.  I suspect that some program, probably a spy
checker that I ran a couple of days ago, caused it.

ok, when i try to load any webpage in ie6, i get a "page not found" error.
but when i try to load a webpage in windows explorer, it works.  when i go
to internet explorer and type in www.yahoo.com, i get "page not found" and

Today I was going to change my homepage under the internet tools in IE6, and
it is dimmed out. It won't let me change it. Does anyone know why this is or
what could have caused it? Any useful help is appreciated.

My internet shortcuts on the desktop will not open to the brower or web

Is there a way to determine the time of day that a site was visited?  I
know I can look up Internet Explorer's URL history, but can I get times
assocated with those URLs?

I keep some fairly tight restrictions for the default "Internet" zone
(IE 6.0.2800.1106), things like scripting, Java, etc.  If I find a

I start IE my homepage loads and i can scroll for like 4 seconds. Then it
lags out and wont let me move the page or click on anything for another 2

Is it safe to add 'localhost' to a Trusted sites list?

This is REALLY annoying!  I want my Status Bar permanently showing, as
with all other versions of IE on all other O/Ses.
Anyone know why the status bar keeps hiding itself?
