When I go to Internet Explorer Tools/Internet Options I am getting a screen
that says this is restricted, contact the administrator.  I am the
administrator.  Win XP Pro.  I suspect that some program, probably a spy
checker that I ran a couple of days ago, caused it.

ok, when i try to load any webpage in ie6, i get a "page not found" error.
but when i try to load a webpage in windows explorer, it works.  when i go
to internet explorer and type in www.yahoo.com, i get "page not found" and

I have XP Professional with IE 6. After removing some dialers and other
similar annoying software from my machine, IE is not working any more. For
every URL I get the following message: "
Internet Explorer could not open the search page". After some digging, I

When I select an autosearch, only MSN is available.  How do I have Google or some other search engine available instead?

Today I was going to change my homepage under the internet tools in IE6, and
it is dimmed out. It won't let me change it. Does anyone know why this is or

Hi gang,
Is there a way to determine the time of day that a site was visited?  I
know I can look up Internet Explorer's URL history, but can I get times
assocated with those URLs?

This is REALLY annoying!  I want my Status Bar permanently showing, as
with all other versions of IE on all other O/Ses.
