Each time i restart windows I lost all the settings of my internet
explorer, like show big fonts, keep status bar etc.and I have to set
them again and again?
How is this possibile? How can I resolve.

I have cable connection and for some reason IE is playing up.

My desktop computer that's connected to a Netgear MR314 router seems to be

Hello to everyone in this group,
I recently had a battle with some spyware (including msbb, bridge, and
others) that infested my pc.  I've pretty much cleaned that stuff out by

Apparently, while visitning some website, a rogue toolbar installed itself
in IE6. Curiously enough, if you go the the View menu and choose toolbars,
there is a blank space where this toolbar resides, so I have no idea what

I don't know what I did, but my explorer has been highjacked.
Everytime I start IE, a website http://www.search-space.com/ comes up as my
homepage. Soon after, randmonly, it goes to a porn site. The latest one with
"minors" as models. It really bothers me.

Somehow a site named FizzleWizzle.com has hijacked my explorer window  and
created a new toolbar with its own icons for various searches. I have hidden
the offending toolbar but am unable to remove it. Please help.
PS Has anyone heard of these people?  TIA

I have IE6 Win98se and a page I go to regularly just will not open on my
computer yet it will on all my friends.
I have tried through my BB and Dial Up connections but no joy. I have even
tried turning off Firewall but still no luck. It is a genuine site and any
