Hi I'm new to html, and I was wondering what's the easiest way to
create a simple DHTML effect to text (a simple color change on

I am running Win98SE.  I updated IE5 to IE6 from the Windows Update website.

Not sure what happened, but all of a sudden I can't access the Internet
Options in Tools.
The popup reads: "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in
effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator".

I have an annoying little issue in IE6.
When I go to a web page with a photo on it, normally I can right click, save
as, and in the save window, the filename is correct and I have multiple
extension options, including .jpg.

I'm sure this isn't the first time this has come up, but
perhaps someone will save me from having to search back

Hi. This file often 'hang' and my system starts to respond to any other
input extremely slowly.  check that by using the Ctrl+Alt+Del key and it
says it's non responding. Select "end Task" and the system responds much
faster to work.

How do I setup IE like Netscape so I can log on as a different user with a
different profile. I dont see how to do this with IE.

I have a problem with Internet Explorer that is very irritating.  Sometimes
when I go to a site with a lot of images (eBay, for example), the images
won't load, so all I get is a bunch of little red Xs.  Reload doesn't work,
neither does killing IE and starting it again, and neither ...

How do I create my own Filter object in script?  And add it to an image's
filters array?
It's easy enough to use an existing filter in script:

I uninstalled some shareware and now IE 6 wont start. I double click and I
see it start in the Task Manager for a second then goes away.
