I have been scouring html help sites to figure this out, but so far have
not found it.  Either it's too easy or maybe it's not possible...

whether other browsers, like Opera, are the same.)

relies on JavaScript; however, if JavaScript is not enabled I want to
show some information instead of the regular content. What is the
recommended way to achieve this?

Any reasons why this might happen? Not had this problem before.
I used % and px, same result.
If it matters the iframe is inside a <td>.
