okay i'm going out of my mind.  i have a movieclip that has scrolling dynamic

I have a uiLoader which is gone display images of different size .. i want them to center,  but they seem to align to the upper left corner . How do i change this?

I have Windows XP.
My Flash CS3 Pro says that I need to have DirectShow9 and QuickTime 7
installed before it will import the .MOV file that I'm suppose to use in
Chapter 1 from the book Foundation Flash CS3 Video.

My websites are published with the settings 100% x 100%, which allow the page
to be full screen instead of the size of a standard browser 955x600 pixels.  My
problem is that my images become very pixelated when the web page is at full

when i copy the parent mc that has a bunch of mc's and those in turn have
another within em,  i only get a new instance of the parent mc and not the
children/movie clips inside it. The ones inside it seem to be the same instance
as the original ..how can i perform the copy ...

I am trying to edit some text in a web page template.  .fla file was not
available so I used sothink swf decomplier to create .fla.  After the
conversion, I can edit it using flash 8.0, but the whole file got messed up.

I am trying to import an .avi file to convert to .FLV but I will get the
message, "The source file test.avi contains video in an unsupported format and
