fonts in Flash...here we are in version 7 or 8 and still having problems

I want to create a simple menu.  Each menu "button" is an arrow pointing to the
word.  When a user hovers over the button the arrow/text changes from blue to
red text.  I've created the first button and saved it as a symbol with no
problem.

Please take a look at this flash - at the very end, the images jiggle.  I've
checked the sizes of the images, as well as their x and y positions.   Nothing
is helping.  Anybody know what I'm doing wrong?  Look at:

I m making a site using dreamweaver and  I try to put into the dreamweaver a fhash menu and the buttons dont work when I export the flash what can i do ?????????

I imported an mp3 into my Flash document and the very first portion of it
doesn't play. It seems to start 1.5 beats into the music. It does this when I

definitive answer as to how to stop it. It seems that windows is caching my
site somewhere making it difficult to test. I've tried all the usual html tags,
deleting all offline content, cntrl-f5, ...

I have just uploaded my site at www.marklawrencedesign.com, and on my mac (23"
screen) it all fits in and looks fine.
My mate has just viewed the site on a pc with a smaller monitor and says the
