Hey guys, I've recently had feedback from some of my members of my site that
they cannot view our banner...I've found that they all have Flash version 9.
I currently have Flash version 7 (because I downgraded it to get the banner to
work correctly) Why doesn't this banner work in ...

I know this sounds like a stupid problem...I'm sorry, and of course a
beginner...
Ok, I set the Publish Settings for HTML as follows;
Dimensions > Match Movie

Does anyone know how to make large swf files download faster than 10 seconds.
Some examples include adobe.com's homepage. Is there some progressive download
script that is being implemented? please help

Okay so I have a website im making in which jpgs are loaded through the loader
component (using flash pro 2004) and I set the path and to autoload but the
jpg. files won't load; something to note I have many instances of one loader
but with different paths for different pictures.

I am not a frequent user of Firefox, but I have just noticed a problem and have
no idea how to fix it:
Any site with SWFs embedded into the HTML works perfectly. But when there is a
popup SWF or FLV (one not embedded in an HTML file), Firefox tries to open it

When you roll over the various arms of the Kanji, Words pop up on the right
side. I want this to happen, but if you roll over the area where the words are

is there any way to load an URL (www page) into a sertain BOX?
let's say, that in frame 1, i drew a BOX (rectangle). create a button. on
release, to load certain www.file in that rectangle.

Firefox is not displaying the flash content for a site I'm trying to design:
bullcityflava.com. The odd thing is that it works in IE7 and works in Firefox
when I look at the site locally. But when I upload the site to the server that
hosts my sites the flash header and menu only ...

Ive created a flash site which works fine in both Safari and IE, but when i
test it in Firefox (both Mac and PC) it comes out shrunk to a very small size
(occupying less that 1/5 of the page).  When i try to zoom in on this
situation, the content gets clipped and is illegible.  ...
