hello. I have a simple preloader that uses getBytesLoaded and getBytesTotal and
I use it to load swf files.  it works fine excapt that it writes that the file
size is bigger then what it realy is (if for example a file size is 500k
getBytesTotal will return 800k) why does it ...

i know how to create a scroller with text and stuff... but how do i create a
scroller that will scroll an swf....  _root.moviename.loadMovie('flash.swf');  
i want to scroll that! but i cant figure it out

Just wondering what the current size standard is for web-page design... it
used to be 800 x 600 pxls (which seems quite small these days).

I am trying to create a scroll pane, and i think i have just about figured out
how to. Except that, when I preview it, it only shows me part of the contents.
I have made it really simple with just one picture and i can only see just over

pictures are not showing properly? I can only see a portion of the pictures. I

Just a quick question, and hopefully iwill get a response this time....
I am using a flash template and editing it in studio mx 2004 (flash).
So far all has gone well, including changing the text, the, pictures etc
The links are just a pain because i cant seem to get them working ...

Can anyone tell me what is the problem with this flash page when looking at it
in Mozilla Firefox or Mozilla.  We only get it to show in the middle top of the
screen  about 20% of its size.  It shows fine in IE.

Does anyone know of a good way to align points?
For example if you take the Pen Tool and make a shape with 4 points..
Now try to make a perfect box out of the shape by moving each of the 4
points into a square.

In an HTML document, if I have a layer over a flash movie, the movie disregards
the order and automatically appears on top of everything else. I've found a bit
of code that makes the layer show over the movie in IE on a PC, but it still
doesn't work for firefox/netscape on a PC, ...
