I downloaded fiew pixel fonts, made everything in flash mx, dynamic, size
and position 0,0 0,0, BUT, it only displays like PIXEL FONTS on my computer,
on everybody elses, it doesn't, I noticed it could be a difference because I
have these fonts in my system/fonts allready...all ...

hello, what do you think of my site design.... the interface and color scheme
[the default color will be blue]. please, be as harsh as you feel like... i
need to know what improments to make and what colors might go well as default.

This is a slideshow, the only way to put a loader on a slideshow built with
Flash Pro is to make a movie that has a loader that loads the slideshow as an
external .swf file.  This is all fine, and it loads the file just fine, ...

I am having this problem,
when importing a PNG (transparent) into Flash, and exporting the movie, the
image is somehow distorted, like half of it is shifted horizontaly one pixel.
This Problem happens when converting the symbol into graphic or movie.

Hi, I'm fairly new to Flash but I've read a good starter book about Flash
but it didn't contain alot of info about how to use ActionScripts. It stated
that in order for the "Close" button to work with the Window component you'd
have to use ActionScript hence I ask of your assistance ...

I am new to flash mx and i am trying to make a website and i would like to know how i could make the color of a text link change if you hover over it with your mouse.

i have a file "aldo.txt" in one folder and
i have my "aldo.fla" in witch i have a dinamic text with istance name
"testomio"
i would like to take all the text in "aldo.txt" and put it in "aldo.fla"

I know this should be very simple, but how do you draw objects from the center outward in Flash?

I 'm having a font issue. In my .fla file, Flash won't recognize AGaramond on
my Mac, even though the file was made on a mac. Additionally, it doesn't  
recognize it on my PC either. I know it's the same font I used when I designed
it. Any ideas???

Can anyone tell me how to convert a string into a number? E.g.

I have read all the preloaders tutorial out on the web and it seens that they
don't work with my site, I am missing something and I just can figure out, can
some one give me a hand please???

I'm wondering if anyone knows how to make it so when someone goes to your site
that it will automaticly resize itsself to the resolution of the viewers
computer. (Not talking bout 100% by 100%) any answers are deeply appreciated.
