I was wondering if there is a setting for concurrent users in Coldfusion MX
6.1? The admin has looked in several locations for where the concurrent users
setting was set, but doesn't remember where it was.

I got an odd issues I can't seem to track down.
We have a Dev and Production server both are windows 2003 Datacenter with CF8.
They are setup the same in every way known.

I am with a problem during a sending e-mail for 3500 addressees.
In the way it process me of the one error and in log CF Administrator shows
the following error to it:

we have coldfusion MX7 run on window 2003.  After using Certificate Generator
in Window 2003 to create a certificate for the security page.  We can no longer
ba able to log in https://1720.0.1/CFIDE/Administrator/index.cfm and got an
error message

When I upload a file to cf, cf will rename the file if the file already exists. Is there a way to get CF to overide the original file?

We are using WAS 6.1ND and CFMX Ent. 8.0.1 and updated the web.xml to include
index.html or index.htm as default files(

Up until yesterday my CFMAIL templates were working fine. Now I get the
following error which I cannot track down anywhere:

I have installed the latest Apache 2.2.10 and then installed CF8.  Try to
launch the Administrator and I get the JRun Servlet Error.  Have anyone dealt
with this before?  Error message code is attached.

We've just installed CF 8 in multiserver mode on Linux Redhat
enterprise/apache2.0.52
Everything works fine - creating new cf instances etc. We can start the
Coldfusion process fine using the -start cfusion command and using the Instance

I have noticed an issue in CF8. If I install a new IIS Website then Coldfusion
is not creating the CFIDE and CFDocs virtual directory mappings in IIS. If I
then reinstall Coldfusion 8 it will create the mappings for all sites. I have

The Region's CF server was replaced recently. I have some applications (.exe)
files that when linked, download and execute. The new server gives "Page cannot
be found" error. The admin says it's my path, but I take the same path and
execute an ASP page in the same folder so the ...

Can these two co-exist on the same server? if so are there any tips & tricks to keep in mind to prevent any issues.
Both would be configured in a multi-instance setup

Hello, we are running CF8 on a Win 2003 Server R2 and we would like to move the
license to another server. We would like to continue running the existing
server as a developer edition. Can anyone help me with some way of resetting a
licensed copy of CF into a developer edition?
