User account for cfschedule?27 Feb 2008 18:29 GMT3
I cannot get scheduled tasks to run on one of our CF7 servers.  I recall it
having something to do with which account is used by the CF services, but can't
remember or find what it is.  Could anyone remind me of how this needs to be
set up to run?

Hotfix without RDS21 Feb 2008 14:56 GMT1
Due to corporate policies, RDS is disabled on all of our Coldfusion servers.
With this disabled, the browser does not allow you to browse to directories to
apply CFMX 8's hotfix.  How would I apply the standard hotfix via the command
line?

I had upgraded to Coldfusion 8 a while ago and everything was working fine.
Then yesterday morning the jrunsvc.exe process started pegging the cpu at 99%,
really slowing down the machine.  I tried restarting the machine and
ColdFusion, with no results.  There's no messages or ...

Restarting Macromedia JRun CFusion Services19 Feb 2008 13:50 GMT2
In development and prod here (both MX6.1), there is no doc on what the CFAdmin
password is. In dev, I used one of the tutorials posted in this forum to remove
the password.properties file, then stop the CF services and restart. It worked
fine in dev.

I have searched the forum and google to find a solution - I've tried what's
been suggested (ie - mappings of /CFIDE, adding /CFIDE to the site root, etc.)
nothing has worked. This is only happening in my production boxes (two
identical setups, running in parallel) -

XSS cross site scripting plugin for Cf815 Feb 2008 03:23 GMT3
I was recently speaking to one of our security companies and they indicated
that macromedia had made available plugins on your site somewhere which either
pre processes or mitigates somehow, xss vulnerabilities. I'm pretty sure we
have an XSS hole right now and it seems to be ...
