What is the maximum number of data sources in one instance of CF?31 Jan 2008 21:55 GMT3
Hey Everyone
Our application is getting to the limits of its design... We literally have

I have CF8 Developer Edition running with the built-in web server on my work

my co-worker connect to see what I was doing, but http://myipaddress:8500 does
not work nor does http://mymachinename:8500.

JRun4 2 CPU version versus CF8 JRun:  difference?31 Jan 2008 08:36 GMT2
We have run the full JRun4 2 CPU license product since 2003 and have been very
satisfied with its clustering ability for ColdFusion, starting with version 6
J2EE in a WAR deployment.  Now with ColdFusion 8 and the full integration of
JRun4 with CF8, I need to know if the bundled ...

Decision time. We have an application that has been running since 2001 with no

jrunsvc.exe dos window29 Jan 2008 03:19 GMT5
Ok, please don't crucify me for a noob question.  I had to reformat my box

next time I restart the pc I get a Dos window for ...
ColdFusion 8 Enterprise "Session is invalid"28 Jan 2008 15:04 GMT2
We are suddenly beginning to see a lot of "session is invalid" messages that
show the <cfapplication> tag as the source of the errors.  As far as I can
tell, nothing has changed.  I didn't make any changes to CFAdmin, nor to the
application.cfm file containing the <cfapplication> ...
Determining cause of multiple server crashes28 Jan 2008 10:39 GMT1
I've been dealing with a server that keeps crashing due to

I've already done the basics, increased the heap size, and tried to find code
bottle necks.  In the process I was examining my coldfusion-err.log file and

not go down, restarting CF services or the Web ...
