I have setup metrics on my cf7 box.
I have read different articles on this.  Some articles suggest that
metricsLogFrequency  be set to 60 seconds, another one suggests 10 seconds,
another one suggested 5 seconds.

We recently moved from a Windows NT environment to Windows 2000 Server.  We
