I bought CF8. I installed it and couldn't get through page 18 of Ben Forta's
book volume 1.
I couldn't get the URL prefix test was successful popup message.
I had originally installed CF8 connected to Apache web server. I had no luck.

i?m trying to findout, if an tabelcontent exist (with cfif) to make some
choice if exist or not.
i need the simpel order in cf
isDefined or not isDefinet works only with sessionvariables?????

I have the code below and when I try and add an item to the shopping cart I get
the following error:
Parameter validation error for function ARRAYNEW.  
The function takes 1 parameter.  

Does anyone know how to fix these errors?
From the install log:

I have this : REFindNoCase("^[2-9]\d{2}-\d{3}-\d{4}$" and it takes some number like 222-222-2222 or 333-333-3333 but not 111-111-1111

I just installed the development version of Cold Fusion and received the

to use Ajax I get a JavaScript error saying that 'ColdFusion' is undefined.  I
have read other posts in these forums and also other blogs and tutorials online
and this issue seems to be coming from ...

I'm using the ValueList function below to turn a column in a first query into a
comma delimited list for the next query that I will then join. Is there a way
to change that code to include a back quote before and after every result for

I have Coldfusion 8 and am trying to install it to a Windows 2003 Server.  
Problem is, my server only has a cd drive and the software came on a DVD.   Can
