FAQ Topic - How do I direct someone to this FAQ?

This document is posted to clj very frequently.  There should be
no reason to direct someone to it. However, if someone asks a
question answered in this FAQ or in one of the resources listed
herein, please let them know their question is answered in the
FAQ and that the FAQ can be found at

http://www.jibbering.com/faq/

That means the FAQ.  If portions of the FAQ are to be re-posted
verbatim, the FAQ needs to be re-written so that it does not refer to
itself as "this" or use "herein" or similar.  Anyway, the statement is
false.

As it is not so posted  (and as incomers don't have the intelligence to
look for it), there is reason to direct to it.
