Is it true that there is some kind of "build in" HTML editor available in
the Internet Explorer. I've heard rumours about an .ocx file or something
like that.

If it is true - where can i find further information?

I got further information: it is a DLL file that shipped with the IE. It is
named something like "shddhcm.dll". It seems that the name is not exactely
correct because I found no further information googleing around.
