I start IE my homepage loads and i can scroll for like 4 seconds. Then it
lags out and wont let me move the page or click on anything for another 2
minutes. Any suggestions, help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having the exact same problem... I open ie and it freezes for like 5
seconds before I can do anything with it... then lags again after I hit a
new website. I ran ad aware and cleaned out any possible spyware programs
and turned off all other programs through msconfig, still lags though. Any
suggestions?

OK guys, I had the exact same problem.  I found this info at Microsoft and
it worked.

Goto IE's tools, internet options, advanced tab, and uncheck "enable third
party browser extensions".  you can right click on it for explanation of
what it is. Also, before I figured it out, I downloaded Mozilla Firefox to
surf the net with no problems.  Worth a look.

How can you determine what third party apps are installed an how to
uninstall them?
