My desktop computer that's connected to a Netgear MR314 router seems to be
doing its own thing every now and then. A couple times a day, the #1 port
light blinks on and off and I'd like to know what program is accessing the
net. I have Norton Antivirus installed, so it may be that, which is ok.
But if anything else is downloading something, I'd like to know what it is
and possibly stop it - or even schedule it better.
Is there a program out there that will allow me to see what's using my
internet connection?
Thanks-

Get the free Zone Alarm firewall here:
http://www.zonelabs.com/store/content/company/products/znalm/freeDownload.jsp
Then you get to choose what goes in and out. You need Generic Host Process
for Win32 Series, CCD.exe, some Support.com items and some Yahoo items to be
able to go 'out' ( in addition all of Windows items-Zone Alarm can configure
many automatically).
