A friend  runs XP and a couple of days ago downloaded some freeware which
set his system clock to the correct time (bad move I know!!!) However since
then every time he opens IE the home page opens to ilookup.com and sometimes
upto 14 other pages, some of them defiantly not for family viewing. We've
tried  changing the Homepage in Options back to the one he wants but each
time he restarts IE he gets ilookup again registered as his Home page. How
do we get rid of it? He's learnt his lesson about downloading software.
TIA
Tony

Tony - you are yet another victim of Spyware/Adware - which can be removed
simply using a really great tool from a company call LavaSoft
http://www.lavasoft.de - They have a free version for download that will do
the trick.  If you are feeling cautious about downloading yet another tool
you know nothing about - that is good. You Should be.  Read their site and
check around the net - but you will find this program works well for getting
such things removed from your system.
