I'm having problems with URLS in e-mail messages and on some web pages.

When trying to access the url from OE the relevant site will not come up
also with IE6, some urls require a new window or box , I am unable to use
web pages with new windows - its a real pain.

can someone help me with this delight.

Just a guess---

In IE6 under tools/internet options/advanced/browsing
there is an option to reuse windows for launching shortcuts instead
of opening a new window. Maybe you need it unchecked.
