My IE is no good, backgrounds are bad or only white, and also my Outlook
Express give me much problems with the symbols. Suddenly they change . . . .
Can I completey delete IE and Outlook after that I can download the newest
version, or is there somebody who knows this problem? ( the welcome-page of
my Homepage, for instance, should be red, but is white and other people told
me it is red . . . . .) what can that be?

What page are you referring to? Post it to see what color comes up on other
computers. If you have IE 6, that is the latest version-go to windows
update and download any IE updates.
